Description:
The Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance (R&C) team is responsible for assuring that software development best practices are complied with by the development organization in order to deliver higher quality products with greater efficiency. The R&C organization is also responsible for Quality Assurance, including Compliance with GCP and 21 CFR part 11 regulations for the Health Sciences industry.

Responsibilities (selections):
· To stay abreast of industry and federal regulations as cited above, and provide guidance and expertise to the global organization in the areas of regulatory compliance and quality.
· Create Annual Audit schedule. Assist Manager with department activities such as monthly reports, external communications, etc.
· Lead, plan and conduct scheduled global compliance and quality system audits of Services, Support and Development to assess compliance and conformance with internal SOPs, FDA regulations and other applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
· Plan, coordinate, and implement audit policies with business leaders Assist in customer audits, FDA and other regulatory inspections as required.
· Build quality into all aspects of his/her work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
· Participate in quality improvement and compliance projects as required.
· Develop, maintain and deliver QMS Audit System Metrics as required.
